Microchip and Vaccine Clinic with RACC
Thanks to a grant from PetSmart Charities Richmond Animal Care and Control (RACC) is offering FREE Microchip, Distemper & Rabies vaccine to any City of Richmond resident pet (dog or cat) that reside in zip codes 23221, 23222, 23223, 23224. The clinic is Sunday, April 7th from 10 am-noon at Boulevard Vet Clinic! ID required. Salem’s Light volunteers will be helping to staff the event!
